PATRICK RAFTER
President/CEO

Patrick Rafter is the founding President/CEO of Creative Housing Inc. He has over
25 years experience in programs for individuals with disabilities and has held several
senior management positions in state government. Prior to Creative Housing Mr. Rafter
served as Assistant Director of the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental
Disabilities. Mr. Rafter holds Bachelor and Masters degrees from the University
of Notre Dame as well as a Masters degree from the University of Toledo. He has
also studied at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Mr. Rafter
has also consulted with community agencies as well as state and local governments
in housing development in a number of states.
RANDY MILLER
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Miller oversees Creative Housing’s financial reporting systems insuring compliance
with a variety of funding agency requirements. Randy holds BA and MBA degrees from
The Ohio State University. He is also a certified public accountant. He has over
20 years experience working as a financial officer in construction related companies.
ROSHARON THOMPSON

Ms. Thompson manages all business accounts for the organization including vendor
billings and tenant accounts. She has over 20 years experience in business management
in government and in private non-profit organizations.
ERIC G. FRENTZEL
Director of Facilities

Mr. Frentzel oversees the property management for all Creative Housing owned properties, including the capital improvement, home maintenance and lawn/snow programs. He has direct oversight of Creative Housing's field staff. Eric brings over fifteen years experience in design and project management in commercial construction to Creative Housing. He is a Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Graduate Remodeler, and Certified Aging in Place Specialist. He also holds a Green Professional Certification and EPA Lead Based Paint Remodeler Certifications. He is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio.
CRISTY M. BUENCONSEJO

Ms. Buenconsejo oversees Creative Housing’s construction projects, both new construction and residential renovations. Before joining Creative Housing, she had ten years of design, construction documentation, project management and construction administration experience working for architectural firms. Her previous experience spans multi-state residential and commercial projects. Cristy holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University. She is a Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Graduate Remodeler, and Certified Aging in Place Specialist. She holds memberships in the American Institute of Architects, National Association of Home Builders, National Fire Protection Association, International Code Council, and the Professional Women in Building Council. CHRISTINE STOUFFER

Ms.Stouffer is a project manager of accessibility renovations for Creative Housing/Creative Renovations and serves as the company's safety officer. In addition, she is responsible for renovation drawings and permitting. She is also involved with community outreach programs, speaking on accessibility home renovation options. Christie is a graduate of Mt. Vernon Nazarene College and is currently completing Construction Management graduate work with Purdue University. She also holds a Green Professional Certification and EPA Lead Based Paint Remodeler Certifications. She is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio and serves on the Professional Women in Building Council.
DOT MICACCHION
Rent Subsidy Program Manager

Ms. Micacchion supervises the rent subsidy program, which has working relationships with over 200 different landlords and property management companies. Prior to joining Creative Housing she worked and volunteered in the public sector for 20 years and worked with privately owned small businesses. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University.
TERRY FOX
Construction Manager

Mr. Fox is a construction manager of accessibility renovations for Creative Housing/Creative Renovations. He is responsible for design-build construction projects, including estimating, permitting, scheduling, cost and quality control and construction supervision. He will also assist with on-site construction training of Creative Housing's field staff. With an Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering, Terry brings to the job over twenty-eight years of design, construction and project management in commercial and residential construction.
